The core Cardixx Services, including the ability to create digital business cards, access location-based networking, check in to events, and view analytics, are provided exclusively through the Cardixx mobile application. The Website contains links to download the mobile application, and any agreement to use the Cardixx Services is made through the application itself, governed by the Terms of Service specific to the application.
If you wish to use the Cardixx Services, you must download the mobile application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and accept the application-specific Terms of Service. This Website Terms of Service does not grant you any rights to use the Cardixx Services; such rights are granted only upon accepting the application Terms of Service.
3. WEBSITE CONTENT AND USE LICENSE
Cardixx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Website content for informational purposes only.
