Cardixx is a professional networking platform built on real, face-to-face connections. To keep it valuable and safe for everyone, we ask all users to follow these guidelines. They apply in the app, on the website, in the Wallet, at Networking Hubs, and in all in-app communications.
1. Be Professional
Cardixx is designed for professional purposes — networking, finding partners, sharing expertise, and growing your career or business. Keep your interactions professional and respectful at all times.
- Use your real name and accurate professional information on your business card and profile.
- Represent yourself and your role honestly. Do not create fake identities or impersonate others.
- Keep your networking intent clear and genuine — set it to what you are actually looking for.
2. Respect Others
Every person you meet on Cardixx deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, whether in person at a Hub or through in-app messages.
- Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully other users.
- Do not send unwanted or repeated messages to someone who has not responded or has declined your request.
- Do not discriminate against others based on gender, age, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
- Respect the networking context — Cardixx is not a dating platform.
3. Keep It Real
The value of Cardixx comes from authentic connections. Help us maintain that quality.
- Only share business cards, files, and links that are genuinely yours or that you are authorised to share.
- Do not post misleading, false, or exaggerated information about yourself, your company, or your expertise.
- Do not use Cardixx to spread misinformation, spam, or unsolicited promotional content.
4. Protect Privacy
Cardixx handles sensitive professional data. Treat others' information with the same care you expect for your own.
- Do not share another user's contact details, card information, or personal data with third parties without their consent.
- Do not screenshot or record conversations without the other person's knowledge.
- Only use data from the Cardixx Wallet for legitimate professional follow-up — not for building marketing lists or selling data.
5. No Harmful or Illegal Content
The following are strictly prohibited on Cardixx:
- Any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
- Content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or extremism.
- Sharing or requesting sensitive financial information, passwords, or confidential data through the platform.
- Using Cardixx for any fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal purpose.
- Uploading malware, viruses, or any harmful code via file uploads.
6. Networking Hub Etiquette
When you are checked in at a Networking Hub, you are in a shared professional space. Please:
- Respect the venue's rules and atmosphere.
- Be open to connection — if you are checked in, you have indicated availability. Politely declining is always okay, but be respectful.
- Do not check in at a Hub you are not physically present at.
- Leave honest and constructive comments on Hub profiles — do not post fake or malicious reviews.
7. Reporting and Enforcement
If you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines, please use the in-app Report and Block function. You can also contact us directly at info@cardixx.com.
Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, Cardixx may take the following actions:
- Issue a warning to the user
- Temporarily suspend the user's account
- Permanently ban the user from the platform
- Remove content that violates these guidelines
- Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities
We review all reports fairly and aim to respond promptly. Thank you for helping keep Cardixx a trusted and valuable professional community.
