Delete Your Cardixx Account

If you wish to delete your Cardixx account and remove your data, you can do so either directly through the mobile application or by submitting a request via email.

Option 1: From the Cardixx App

The fastest way to delete your account is inside the app:

Open Cardixx and log in to your account.

Go to Settings → Manage Account → Tap Delete Account.

Confirm your choice.

💡 Note: Your account will be immediately deactivated and frozen for 30 days to prevent accidental deletion. During this window, you can cancel the process at any time simply by logging back in. After 30 days, the deletion becomes permanent.

Option 2: If You Have Uninstalled the App

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request permanent deletion via email.

Click the link below to send an automated request from your registered email address, or manually email us at delete@cardixx.com with the subject "Cardixx Account Deletion Request".

We will verify ownership and process your request within 30 days. Once actioned, your account will be deactivated and enter the standard 365-day retention period before permanent erasure.

What Gets Deleted Permanently?

Upon permanent deletion, the following data is completely wiped from our active servers:

  • Your user profile, contact details, and digital business cards.

  • All history related to check-ins, networking exchanges, and internal messages.

  • Connected hub applications and associated wallet entries.

Data Retention & Legal Compliance

In strict accordance with legal, financial, and tax regulations (as well as GDPR Article 17(3)(b)), we are required to retain certain transaction histories and payment records processed via our payment infrastructure (including RevenueCat events). This specific transactional data cannot be deleted upon request and will be securely archived for the duration legally mandated by local tax authorities, after which it will be permanently destroyed.
